Joe Guilderson

President

Joe started his career at Corporate AV in sales as an Account Executive, developing new relationships and working with the company’s many existing clients. Later, as Sales Manager, he worked on increasing the value and service options that Corporate AV delivers to each client. As President, Joe oversees all sales and operations with a hands-on approach to ensure that every client receives the best service and production possible. Guilderson is a highly regarded expert in his field who has been quoted in numerous trade and business publications, including Rental & Staging Systems, Event Solutions, and Pro AV Magazine. In 2008 Joe was awarded the Westchester Business Council’s Rising Stars Award for outstanding individuals under 40 working in Westchester County. Joe is an active member of Meeting Professionals International, Westchester Business Council, and InfoComm.

Ed Morrell

Senior Account Executive

Ed has been building relationships and producing shows at Corporate AV since 2001. After touring the world as an Audio Engineer, Ed brought his talents to us. Since then he has led the charge in developing our special events clientele and in expanding our show expertise. Ed's technical knowledge, dedication to doing the job the right way, and ability to “call the show” have earned him the respect of the meeting planning community, as well as the important job of managing our top client relationships. Ed is a member of NYC & Company, ISES, and Audio Engineers Society.

Kevin Franklin

Account Executive

Kevin joined our team as an audiovisual technician and has quickly made an impact on behalf of our clients. After being in the field as a technician, Kevin was promoted to Operations Supervisor and was responsible for overseeing the onsite staffing needs for all of our events. In 2008, he transferred from our Operations team to our Account Management team. With his technical experience, operational knowledge, and attention to detail, Kevin has an in depth understanding of what will work most effectively for our corporate and special event clients. Kevin is an active member of the Westchester Business Council and the New York Society of Association Executives.

Monica Moss

Production Coordinator

Monica started with Corporate AV as an Account Manager working with our existing clients to support their event needs. As the needs of our clients expanded, Monica was promoted to Production Coordinator. Her many years of touring, staging, theater, and hospitality have given her many valuable experiences and expertise in the event production process. Monica reviews each event with our Sales department and works with our Operations team to deliver desired results. From developing creative ideas with clients to solving logistical issues with the venue, Monica is dedicated to making each event a success.

Maurice Johnson

Operations Manager

Maurice has been one of Corporate AV’s most loyal and trusted partners for over a decade. Maurice started with us as an audiovisual technician, handling all audio, video, and lighting for meetings and events. His technical skills and show personality earned him the position of Lead Technician and had him traveling the country with our largest clients. Maurice now serves as the leader of our Operations team. He works with our Production department to choose the right equipment for each job, leads our Warehouse crew to make sure the equipment is properly tested and packed, and supervises our Technical team to implement the solutions for your live event. Maurice is a trained professional and is skilled in "making it happen" onsite.

Harold Meling

Special Operations

Harold began working with Corporate AV as a freelance technician and developed into a “go to guy” for our staff. Recently, he became a full time member of our team working in our Operations department and focusing on our onsite staffing needs and warehouse operations. Harold’s organizational skills, management experience, and dedication to excellence have pushed our team to another level. Harold ensures that our shows have the right people in the right position at the right time, and is a crucial part of our success.

Danielle Guilderson

Office Manager

Danielle started with Corporate AV in high school and came back for a second tour in 2006. She handles all of our accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as manages many of our back office procedures.

Pete LiMarzi

Special Projects

Pete has worked at Corporate AV since 1990 and is our Man Who Can Do Anything. He manages all of our IT, security, and web infrastructure while also maintaining our computers for show sites. From onsite audiovisual engineer to staging carpenter, Pete is there to do whatever it takes to provide our clients with results.

Peter Malone

Senior Audiovisual Engineer

Peter has been a member of the Corporate AV team since 2000 and has traveled the country working with our clients on their most critical events. Prior to joining Corporate AV, Peter worked as a cable television camera operator and has evolved into our resident video expert. From sound to lighting to high definition presentations, Peter has worked on just about everything and is an expert in delivering under pressure.

Steven Sherer

Audiovisual Engineer

Steve was brought in to take our audio department to the next level. He is a graduate of the country’s leading production school, Full Sail University, and spent several years traveling the world with Disney on Ice and Ringling Bros. as their Lead Audio Engineer. As one of our show leaders, Steve works on all of our large scale events in designing and delivering the audio, video, and lighting results that are needed.

Richard Palmer

Audiovisual Engineer

Rich is another one of our show leaders. He brings 25 years of audio engineering experience to our event production team. He was educated at the Institute of Audio Recording, toured around the country, and has worked every jazz club in Manhattan, including 5 years at The Blue Note. Rich brings a real team attitude to go along with his skills and has been a true asset to our clients and to our team.

Obie Mateo

Audiovisual Technician

Obie joined our team in 2008 as an audiovisual technician. Prior to becoming part of Corporate AV, Obie worked for Bose and as an installation technician for commercial security systems. Obie is the newest member of our team, and has a very bright future ahead of him.
