Joe Guilderson

President

Joe started his career at CAVS in sales as an Account Executive, developing new relationships and working with CAVS’ many existing clients. Later as Sales Manager he worked on increasing the value and service options that CAVS was able to deliver to each client. As President, Joe oversees all sales and operations with a hands on approach to ensure that every client receives the best service and production possible. With a background in art and music, and a systematic approach to each production, Joe works with each team member to deliver exceptional results, consistency and success on every single event. Joe is a member of Meeting Professionals International, Westchester Business Council, and ISES.

Ed Morrell

Senior Account Executive

Ed has been building relationships and producing shows at CAVS since 2001. After touring the world as an Audio Engineer, Ed brought his talents to Corporate Audio Visual Services. Since then he's led the charge in developing our special events clientele and in expanding our show expertise. Ed's technical knowledge, dedication to doing the job the right way, and ability to call the show, have earned him the respect of the meeting planning community, as well as the important job of managing our top client relationships. Ed is a member of Meeting Professionals International, NYC & Company, and Audio Engineers Society.

Jazmin Blanco

Account Executive

Jazmin joined our team in 2007 and has already been dubbed “a rising star” by one of our most demanding clients. With a degree in criminology, and a background in dance, music, and theater, Jazmin is tough and creative - the perfect balance for our demanding environments. Her upbeat personality and attention to detail have already added to the success of our clients’ events. She works with many of our event planner, fashion, and venue clients, delivering the creative ideas and dedication to service that they expect. Jazmin is an active member of NYC & Company and New York Society of Association Executives.

Monica Moss

Production Coordinator

Monica joined our team in 2006 as an Account Manager. She started by working with all of our production and sub-rental clients, and soon developed into our Production Coordinator for all events. Her many years of touring and staging, theater, and hospitality experience have proven to be an incredible asset. Monica reviews each event with our Sales department and works with our Operations team to deliver the desired result. From developing creative ideas with clients to solving logistical issues with the venue, Monica is dedicated to making your event a success.

Maurice Johnson

Operations Manager

Maurice has been one of CAVS most loyal and trusted partners since 1999. Maurice started at CAVS as a field technician, handling all audio, video, and lighting for meetings and events. His technical skills and show personality earned him the position of Lead Technician and had him traveling the country with our largest clients. Now, Maurice serves as the leader of our operations team. He works with our Production department to spec out the right equipment for each job; our Warehouse crew to make sure the equipment is properly tested and packed; and then our Technical team to implement the solutions for your live event. Maurice is a trained professional, and is skilled in "making it happen" onsite.

Kevin Franklin

Operations Supervisor

Kevin joined our team as a field technician in 2007 and has quickly become a member of our management team. His organizational skills, management experience, and dedication to customer service have pushed our operational efficiency to another level. Kevin is involved in our show prepping and shipping process, as well as he manages our freelance staffing requirements. Kevin ensures that our shows have the right people in the right position at the right time, which is how we are able to guarantee our clients success.
