Event Support

Corporate Audio Visual Services (CAVS) has adopted the "it's not just about equipment" tagline, because we understand that event support is much more than equipment. Every event is different, and every client has specific areas where they need assistance. Our role is to provide the technical support to ensure that your audience can clearly see the images being presented, and clearly hear the message that is being communicated. Our team may be able to contribute new ideas or suggestions to differentiate your program.

The CAVS Process

We will work with you both locally and nationwide to deliver the event and meeting technology that you require. We'll start with the concept development and the goals of the event. Our team may be able to contribute new ideas or suggestions to differentiate your event. Then we'll survey the property and work with you on creating a room diagram. Our team will try and provide you with a choice of good, better, and best options to meet your goals.

Once we have a solid concept and a room layout, we'll help you develop a budget for your production needs. Since we are used to working with a variety of clients and a wide range of budgets, we are typically able to offer an effective solution tailored to your event budget. Our team is typically able to offer a good, better, and best solution to our clients to give them the most bang for the buck.

During those hectic and stressful weeks leading up to your event, we act as an extension of your team. We will attend production meetings, schedule phone appointments, and deal with any and every person involved in your big day. We work with banquet managers, electricians, security staff, PR and marketing teams, catering, décor, and all of your entertainment technical riders. Our team handles the logistics and speaks their language. CAVS always has your best interest at heart throughout this process. YOU are our only client and our goals are the same as your goals - a smooth and successful event for you and your audience.

Once the show begins our team will either take over the production, or step back and do as they're told. We will already have discussed our role in your event, and now its time for execution. Our team will handle all setup, operation, and tear down and work with you on show flow and your agenda. From conferences to award shows, we know the greatest successes come from clear communication. All of our staff will have phones, radios, or headsets to stay in contact throughout the show. Our people become the faces and names that you can trust throughout your event.

After the big day is over, we'll review the event with you and come up with suggestions or improvements for the next one. As your audiovisual production partner, CAVS is always looking for ways to make your events more productive, cost effective, and "special."
