Event Production

CAVS offers full-service production planning for corporate meeting planners, event planning companies, and production companies. From concept to execution, our team will work with you to ensure that your event is a success.

Multimedia Production

CAVS can help you create and record presentations that will make your event stand out. After the event, preserve the highlights with a post-event video, assembled to your specifications by CAVS.

Pre-event, your CAVS team will assist you with PowerPoint presentations, slideshows, and DVD editing and production. We record your event in your choice of audio and video formats, including audiocassette, audio CD, MP3, VHS, Mini DV, and DV-CAM. After the event, our team works with you to edit and compile video recordings, format for online publication, and to duplicate them in a format that is compatible with your company’s equipment and goals.
